• Collaborate in case management with fellow practitioners.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on relevant social issues.
• Utilize available data to improve service delivery.
• Advocate for underrepresented populations.
• Participate in program evaluation and improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work

Technical Skills

• Counseling
• Crisis Intervention

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
