We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst who will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from large data sets. This role requires a knack for problem-solving and a strong ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics initiatives by developing and maintaining data models.
• Interpret complex data sets and provide recommendations.
• Work with teams to develop understandable metrics for evaluation.
• Integrate new data sources and technology into analysis.
• Assist with data governance and compliance requirements.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B testing methodologies: Hands-on experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
