Job Description

As a Learning and Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and facilitating programs that promote professional growth among employees. We are looking for a leader who is innovative and can adapt programs to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of career development plans for employees.
• Assess training requirements based on current industry practices.
• Create a repository of training resources and materials.
• Report on training outcomes and return on investment to senior management.
• Encourage and promote knowledge sharing among employees.
• Develop communication strategies to promote training programs.
• Assist in the strategic planning of employee development initiatives.
• Build relationships with external training partners for broader skill development.
• Participate in HR meetings to align training with organizational goals.
• Keep up-to-date with legislative changes that affect training delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within learning and development
