Join our Johannesburg team as a Financial Analyst. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, and assisting in strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dives into financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Develop forecasts and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to stakeholders.
• Work with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations based on findings.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Implement financial processes and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or similar certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
