Job Description

Join our team as a Systems Administrator where you'll be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Your expertise will be vital for supporting employees and driving technological efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Maintain, configure, and monitor network services, equipment, and devices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during an outage.
  • Manage system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Establish and maintain user access controls.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • Implement server upgrades and ensure software updates are applied.
  • Document internal processes and write technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems for efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration or network management
