HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in training and performance management. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR matters.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate training and professional development programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR Management certification is a plus

• 4+ years of experience in HR management
