As an Industrial Engineer, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize our manufacturing processes in Polokwane. Responsibilities include analyzing workflow systems, conducting time studies, and developing solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing production processes and suggest improvements.
• Engage in data analysis to identify and rectify bottlenecks.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure effective equipment use.
• Facilitate workshops to promote operational efficiencies.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators for production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Project Management certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience with proven project management skills
