Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Agent in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries and providing effective solutions while fostering positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer support experience required
