Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate or diploma in customer service or related field
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
