Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Durban. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient practice management, patient satisfaction, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Manage the facility's budget and optimize resource allocation.
  • Engage with patients and address their concerns effectively.
  • Promote a culture of quality improvement within the facility.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers to enhance service coordination.
  • Monitor utilization of services and manage wait times effectively.
  • Assist in emergency planning and response protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
