Data Scientist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Scientist to analyze our data and build predictive models. You'll be working closely with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analyses.
• Lead projects to automate data processing and reporting.
• Mentor junior data analysts in best practices.
• Engage with external vendors for additional data sources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Quantitative Field
• Master's degree in Data Science preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in data analysis and model building

• SAS
• Excel

Certifications

• AWS Certified Big Data
• Data Science Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Data Governance Protocols: Understanding essential data privacy and governance policies.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP): Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and methodologies.
