Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and driving sales. You will engage with customers, assist them in product selection, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed event plans and schedules.
  • Manage event promotion, including social media and advertising.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure venues meet client requirements.
  • Assist in the selection and management of entertainment and speakers.
  • Prepare event contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients after events for relationship building.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field
Experience
  • 4+ years in event management or coordinating large-scale events
