Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service at events and tastings.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Train new team members on brand values and product details.
Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Requirements
Education
Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification in Hospitality
Experience
Experience with spirits and conducting tastings is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills
Strong sales skills
Knowledge of POS systems
