Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, drive product adoption, and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in developing customer success strategies that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and report on key performance indicators related to customer success.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to drive product enhancements.
  • Organize customer events and appreciation efforts to strengthen relationships.
  • Support clients in onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as a mentor for new team members, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and apply learnings to customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to gather insights on satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in customer success leadership is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer-focused roles, with a preference for tech environments
