Job Description

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will provide first-level support to our users, handling a variety of technical issues and queries. Your role will be crucial in maintaining user satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing user concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the help desk team.
  • Support onboarding and training for new users.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with end users and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in IT support.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in IT or related field
  • Degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in help desk roles
