Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with development teams, design test strategies, and identify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate rapid issue resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and updates.
  • Analyze usage data to provide insights for customer success initiatives.
  • Create customer success plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
  • Lead customer meetings to discuss progress and next steps.
  • Foster a community of customers by organizing events and webinars.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop informative and engaging content.
  • Document best practices for customer success strategies.
  • Identify and engage potential advocates for client reference programs.
  • Support sales teams by providing insights into customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a tech environment
