Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the healthcare facility's operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and improving patient care services. You will liaise between patients, medical staff, and insurance companies, making you a crucial part of our patient care team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care services.
  • Maintain records and reports for patients and facility operations.
  • Coordinate between departments to streamline healthcare delivery.
  • Assist in budget management and cost containment strategies.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to facilitate patient claims.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in healthcare services.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff in their duties.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Public Health is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration experience
