Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the healthcare facility's operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and improving patient care services. You will liaise between patients, medical staff, and insurance companies, making you a crucial part of our patient care team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational policies to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with finance departments regarding billing and coding.
  • Implement disaster recovery plans for the facility.
  • Ensure that administrative staff adhere to best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the facility's growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff.
  • Review and suggest improvements to existing healthcare services.
  • Represent the facility at health-related meetings and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Public Health is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration experience
