Responsibilities
Evaluate client mental health and recommend appropriate interventions.
Deliver therapy focusing on cognitive-behavioral techniques.
Create a supportive environment conducive to client healing.
Network within the community to foster partnerships for mental health services.
Engage in research activities related to mental health initiatives.
Mentor and supervise junior psychological staff or interns.
Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Promote client advocacy and self-empowerment.
Conduct follow-up assessments to track client progress.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Psychology or related field
Specialization in Clinical Psychology is advantageous
Experience
4+ years of experience in a clinical setting
