Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Leading HR Solutions, you will be integral to our HR team in Durban. Your responsibilities will encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance management, contributing to our mission of fostering a productive workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department heads to align employees with organizational goals.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of HR policies and practices to ensure effectiveness.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Implement employee wellness and health programs.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
