Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes in our Cape Town office. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies, while fostering a healthy workplace culture. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives, all aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives to create a more engaging and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and morale.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics.
  • Implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and practices.
  • Foster positive workplace relations through employee engagement activities.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure adherence to employment law and standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a managerial role
