Job Description

Join us as an HR Manager where you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives in Pretoria. This role involves handling employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee employee onboarding programs to enhance retention.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff development.
  • Advise management on HR issues such as productivity and performance.
  • Manage HR budget and recommend necessary changes.
  • Participate in the development of the corporate strategy as a member of the leadership team.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's in HR Management preferred
