Job Description

As an Escrow Agent, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining escrow accounts, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing excellent customer service. You will act as a trusted intermediary, holding funds and documents until the conditions of the transaction are met.

Responsibilities

• Investigate federal crimes and ensure adherence to legal processes.
• Gather evidence and conduct thorough analysis for case building.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and superiors.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on investigative activities.
• Work collaboratively with other investigators to share intelligence.
• Stay updated on new investigative techniques and tools.
• Utilize advanced forensic software for data analysis.
• Conduct undercover operations when necessary.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior investigators.
• Participate in community outreach to build public trust.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years or more in investigative work, preferably in a law enforcement setting
