Job Description

As a part of our customer support team in Durban, you will engage with our customers through various channels, helping to resolve their queries and enhancing their overall experience. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, resourceful, and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
  • Keep detailed logs of customer inquiries to enhance service offerings.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and share best practices.
  • Assist in training new support staff as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
