Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and guiding clients to maximize their use of our products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer journey and facilitate successful product adoption.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customer retention initiatives.
  • Lead customer success workshops and training sessions.
  • Monitor account performance and assist in achieving customer goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success with a proven track record
Technical Skills
  • Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
  • Presentation Software (e.g., PowerPoint)

Languages
  • English: Fluent
