E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales strategies and improve our customer journey. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, maximizing revenue, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive e-commerce plans to maximize digital sales growth.
• Conduct A/B testing and user research to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Enhance SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Optimize product listings for better conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches based on market analysis.
• Work with inventory management to ensure stock availability.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with sales goals.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues affecting e-commerce operations.
• Cultivate partnerships with key online marketplaces.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
