We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to oversee all aspects of our Durban store operations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring stock levels are maintained, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure the store provides exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and proper store displays.
• Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them.
• Report on sales and inventory performance regularly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assist in budget preparations and financial reports.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field
• Degree in Business Management is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
