Responsibilities

• Research and analyze demographic and economic data relevant to urban development.
• Prepare and submit applications for various permits and approvals.
• Advise clients on urban development regulations and compliance.
• Organize community workshops to gather input on urban planning projects.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of urban designs post-implementation and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate partnerships between public and private sectors for urban development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related discipline
• Professional Certification in Urban Planning is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in urban planning
