Carpenter Inspector

Job Description

The Carpenter Inspector will ensure the quality and safety of carpentry work on construction sites, inspecting and evaluating completed projects. This role involves working closely with contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of carpentry work.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to address any issues.
• Maintain records of inspections and recommendations.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to on-site.
• Assist in developing quality control procedures.
• Keep abreast of new building codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior inspectors and carpenters.

Advantageous

• Experience with LEED certification processes: Knowledge of how to achieve LEED certification in projects.
