Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests and oversee issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the technical team.
  • Prepare training materials and assist in user education.
  • Work closely with developers to relay customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and changes to provide accurate support.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
