As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be pivotal in shaping our workforce dynamics. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Build relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring workflows.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
• Foster an inclusive recruitment process to enhance diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
