• Perform background checks and reference verification for candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive with industry standards.
• Assist in enhancing the company’s employer branding initiatives.
• Implement diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing skills.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and recruitment regulations.
• Prepare and facilitate recruitment reports for management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition

Languages

• English: Fluent
