Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and attract customers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs and newsletters.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage.
  • Assist in the creation of sales tools and presentations for the sales team.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing staff.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry
