As a Travel and Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting unique travel experiences, assisting clients in planning their trips, and offering expert advice on destinations and activities. • Offer post-travel support, gathering feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to enhance industry knowledge.
• Provide training to junior consultants on product knowledge and service excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in travel consultancy or tourism
