Job Description

As a Travel and Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting unique travel experiences, assisting clients in planning their trips, and offering expert advice on destinations and activities. Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their preferences and providing tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage travel packages that meet client demands.
  • Keep abreast of travel industry news, regulations, and best practices.
  • Utilize booking systems to manage reservations and customer interactions.
  • Offer post-travel support, gathering feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Provide training to junior consultants on product knowledge and service excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in travel consultancy or tourism
