As a Shift Supervisor at Retail Management Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• National Diploma in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail
