Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and maximizing lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers succeed and a deep understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to help customers get the most from our solutions.
  • Track and report on customer performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Organize customer success workshops to enhance engagement.
  • Develop customer advocacy programs to turn satisfied clients into advocates.
  • Work closely with sales to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Be proactive in addressing any challenges customers may face throughout their journey.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer success preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
