Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Remote Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights.
  • Assist in training new team members on support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
