You'll be responsible for accurate accounting, financial analysis, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial integrity and accuracy. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular financial analyses and produce reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry.
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Liaise with external accountants and tax consultants.
• Monitor cash flow and manage funds effectively.
• Develop and implement financial policies and controls.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Review and verify invoices and payment submissions.
• Prepare reports for management on financial status.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance
• Complete CA(SA) qualification is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of international accounting standards: Understanding of IFRS would be beneficial for the role.
