Job Description

As a Pharmacist with our Leading Pharmacy Group in Durban, you will play a crucial role in dispensing medications, advising patients on health matters, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that community members receive effective and safe pharmaceutical care. This role requires a focus on customer service and adherence to the highest standards of health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in pharmacy management and staff training.
  • Implement pharmacy programs that promote health and wellness.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and doctors.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and events.
  • Adjust pharmaceutical care plans in response to patient feedback and outcomes.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and junior staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in pharmacy or health education are a plus.
Experience
  • Experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy preferred.
