• Assist clients in navigating bureaucratic processes for social services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans.
• Facilitate support groups for clients dealing with similar issues.
• Report on client progress to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work or related field
