Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality service to our clients in Durban. You will interact with customers through various channels, addressing their queries, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Provide personalized customer service and maintain customer records.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or call center
