Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers experiencing technical issues. The role involves diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support requests efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
