As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in building a talent pipeline, ensuring that we attract the best candidates in the market. This position requires you to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, provide insights on talent trends, and contribute to our employer brand. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to enhance their experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Mentor and train junior recruitment staff on best practices.
  • Analyze candidate sourcing effectiveness and optimize channels accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape for talent.
  • Foster relationships with local universities and other institutions for graduate recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
