Job Description

We are looking for passionate Passenger Attendants to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring that passengers enjoy a safe and comfortable trip. Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will interact with various customers daily, providing assistance and information about routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor passenger compliance with safety protocols during transit.
• Provide assistance for passengers requiring special help, including the elderly and disabled.
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure secure placement.
• Keep track of time schedules and vehicle departures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
• Facilitate a pleasant travel experience by engaging positively with passengers.
• Work alongside transportation coordinators and drivers for seamless operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure reliability.
• Assist in training new staff on safety protocols and passenger assistance.
• Develop a rapport with frequent travelers to foster loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in transportation industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of transportation regulations
• GPS navigation skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Defensive Driving Certificate (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
