We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centric designs and an eye for aesthetics. You will be responsible for translating user requirements into engaging designs, conducting user research, and developing prototypes that enhance user experience across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and adjust designs according to feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

• English: Fluent
