Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on event goals.
  • Organize transportation and accommodation for guests if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets and reports.
  • Handle any on-site issues that arise during events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends to suggest new ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination
