Paver Operator

Job Description

As a Paver Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include operating paver machinery to efficiently lay asphalt, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the paving machinery correctly for site conditions.
• Inspect the paver machinery before and after use to ensure functionality.
• Coordinate with other construction team members effectively.
• Execute paving operations in a timely manner without compromising quality.
• Address any equipment malfunctions immediately to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the training of new team members on machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience in operating other heavy machinery is advantageous

Languages
