Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs and developing effective care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to protocols and guidelines.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Support patients' emotional and psychological needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Contribute to nursing research and evidence-based practice.
  • Assist in training new staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical environment
