Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional material for events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Coordinate event logistics, catering, entertainment, and décor.
• Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
• Perform site visits and attend events to assess layouts and requirements.
• Maintain an inventory of event supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Relevant certifications in event planning are a plus

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or planning
