• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
• Enhance guest engagement through staff training and quality assurance programs.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost occupancy and guest loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety laws and industry standards.
• Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards.

• Utilize performance metrics to drive operational excellence and team efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Financial Management Strong understanding of budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Staff Management Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing crises effectively.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• Hospitality Management Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
