Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing and inventory management.
  • Drive sales through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
  • Ensure consistent product presentation to meet company standards.
  • Utilize sales analysis to develop action plans that boost performance.
  • Manage employee schedules and training programs.
  • Facilitate communication between management and retail staff.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Track sales performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve daily operational issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Retail Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail.
